The conference will take place at the University of British Columbia, Point Grey campus, approximately 25-minutes by car from downtown Vancouver.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the on-campus hotel at UBC (Signature Studios at West Coast Suites). A very limited number of single rooms (with shared common facilities) are also available for graduate students and those looking for more economical accommodations.
If possible, we ask that you stay at the conference venue: this helps SNS meet its minimum obligations to the hosting conference venue.
Green College on the UBC campus also features a few available rooms for short-term stays; bookings can be made directly with them (see information and link below) subject to availability.
The accommodation link for the conference will open in December 2026.
